Natalie Battles with Technology Week

. . . that's what I've dubbed this week. Classes end Monday which means I just have 3 more classes to get through before finals and then . . . GRADUATION. What a great week for my computer, Carl, to get sick.

So I might not be updating frequently but I'm trying to stay connected and upload my photos as habitually as possible. Darn technology.

Get Ready for the Weekend

We're coming down to the end of the wire with school but I'm actually excited. This weekend is Dana's birthday so I'm going home to celebrate. We're going to go to NYC for a day of celebration. We're going to see Wicked! I read the book a couple of years ago and always wanted to see the play but never got around to it. We're also hitting up a vegan restaurant in the city--I'm psyched. I'll blog about the gifts I got Dana for her birthday after she opens them :). I'm back in DC until graduation after this weekend so then it's time to bunker down and be productive. More reason to have tons of fun this weekend.

Run, Run, Run.

I once heard a comedian say they would never run for exercise. "Have you ever seen people running? They look miserable!" I wish I could remember the comedian.

Well, that being said, I finished the Cherry Blossom 5K this morning!

It's not a flattering picture, but like the comedian I can't remember said, no one looks nice while running.

On my Day Zero Project (1001 things to do) I can cross off #31. Run in a mini marathon (Run a 5k in April of 2010!!)

I ran the 5K in 32:02 which I'm happy with for my first race! Here are the results from the 2010 5K:

Brad said he'd run one with me. Maybe this 5K thing will become a trend of mine? We'll see!
